Mrs. P. D. Dennis was a guest of her family, Mr. and Mrs. Maurice Walker and Miss Margaret Cook.

Miss Mary Ann Holland of Arlington is making her home with Mr. and Mrs. J. P. Cook while she is teaching in Flint Hill.

Rev. and Mrs. H. G. Thatch arrived at their home the latter part of last week. Rev. Thatch is recovering satisfactorily.

Mrs. Reba Dabney spen^ the Labor Day week end with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Walter Lawson. Richard Dabney is visiting his grandparents.

Mr. and Mrs. Adrian DodSbn were overnight guests Saturday of Mrs. Barbara Gentry.

Miss Margaret Dodson returned to her teaching position on Tuesday after having spent Labor Day at her home.

Among those who attended last Thursday’s Home Makers’ party honoring Miss Elizabeth Fuss, from Flint Hill were Mrs. Frank “Cary, Mrs. Carson Lillard, Mrs. Willie Gentry and Mrs. J. P. Cook.
