Miss Louise Schwartz, Mrs. Z. H.—Sealock,_M rs._Bertie_Lib Moffett, Miss Emma Lee McArthur and Mrs. Lucy Conrad motored to Orkney Springs, Sun-* day afternoon where they met Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Ewing and family, who spent the week end there.
Miss Lucille Byrd Brown, who has- spent a month with her aunt, Mrs. Z. H. Sealock, left last week for Alexandria where she was a guest of her brother and sister-inlaw. Mr. and Mrs. C. C. Brown. Leaving on Friday by plane for her home in Norfolk.
Week-end guests' of Mr. and Mrs. Maury W. Brown were Mr. and Mrs. Allen Brown and Miss Jean Brown of Richmond. Other guests on Sunday in the Brown home were Mrs. Robert Payne, Miss Barbara DeShazo, Miss Eunice Newton and Willie Howard, all of King George.
Mrs. Mabel Gore and Mrs. Helen Bruce had as their weekend guests Mr. and Mrs. Robert Brown, Mr. and Mrs. Leroy Hoggard of Portsmouth, Mr, and Mrs. A. R. Partlow of Culpeper and Miss Mary Helen Bruce of Richmond. On Sunday Mrs. Brown, Mrs. Bruce and Mrs. (Tore entertained their guests at a picnic dinner on Skyline Drive.
W. N. Rector, who has been visiting relatives in Arlington for the past three weeks, returned Monday.
Mrs. Annie Mary Welch returned to her home here Sunday after a week’s visit in Martinsburg with her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Harry Martin, who drove to town and were dinner guests in the Dodson home.
Mr. and Mrs. Fred Campbell of Penn, were week-end guests of Mrs. Mary J. Clater and Mrs. Ella Corbett.
F. D. Coffey^Jr., of Fort Story who spent the week end at his home here returned to his post on Monday.
