MILDRED FITZHUGH
Mrs. Mildred Fitzhugh, daughter of the late John and Lutitia Fitzhugh, passed quietly into eternal rest on Friday, Auust 27, in Prince George H o s p i t al, Hyattsville, Md., after a short i illness. She was born at Sperryville, April 3, 1882. She had made her home in Hyattsville for many many years.
She is survived by one daughter,, Mrs. James Henry Timbers, Washington; two sons-in-law, two sisters-in-law, three brothers, eight grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren, 7 neices, 10 nephews and other relatives and friends. Funeral services were conducted Monday,
Well Baptist Church, Sperryville. Rev. C. L. Carroll officiated and interment was in Sperryville Cemetery. No one hears the door that opens, So gently comes the call, Like the loosened leaves of roses, One by one our loved ones fall. Dear Mother, our garden is lonely We miss the flowers rare, But the perfume will be with us, While the flowers bloom up there.
