Jenkins Violates Parole, To Serve 5-Year Sentence
In Circuit Court, Monday, Judge Rayner Snead revoked the parole of Henry Brown Jenkins, who violated the terms of his probation and was apprehended while driving without a license.
Jenkins, who had been convicted of the felonious and malicious maming of R. L. James, will serve a five-year sentence previously imposed.
J. L. Fray appeared as the defendant’s lawyer while the Commonwealth of Attorney William Moffett acted for the state. Probation officer John R. DeBergh presented his report before the court. .
