flint Hill News Notes

} Mr. and Mrs. Haywood Griffith of Front Royal were Saturday guests of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Moore. ; Mrs. Max Bradford, a guest of Mrs. P. D. Dennis, was stricken with illness, Friday, and was removed to Fauquier County Hospital in Warrenton, where she is in serious condition. Mrs. Bradford has been employed by the hospital for several months but makes her home with the Dennis family when in Flint Hill.

Fred Pease is gradually regaining his strength in Garfield Hospital, Washington, D. C., and is able to walk after a series of skin grafting following his airplane accident several months ago. He expects to be home very soon.

Flint Hill Homemakers Club met with Mrs. Paul Miller, Tuesday evening. The demonstration was on "Better Lightening in the Home.”

Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. John S. Browning were Mrs. Robert Eastham and- Mr. and Mrs. John Burkelin of Washington* D. C.
