Announced
The community is cordially invited to the special Carol Service at the Trinity Episcopal Church on Christmas Eve, December 24 at 10:30 a. m. in place of Sunday School and the regular morning service, A pageant with pahtar mime and tableaus will be presented by rite adult class and carol background music will be furnished by the young people. After this special service, refreshments will be served in the parish hall, and as unusual, all college students are honor guests during the coffee hour. The annual midnight Christmas Communion Service mil start at 11:30 p. m.
The Christmas program of the Amissville Baptist Church will be held on Friday, December 22 at 7:30 p. m. The program will include a play in three acts named “Remembering Christmas” and special music
Sperryville Methodist Church of the Rappahannock Charge will have a Christmas Eve Candelight Service at 7 dX) pun., Sunday, December 24th, 1961. The minister. Rev. William A. Jester, will deliver the message: “The First Christmas Service,” taken from Luke 2:8-0. The public is cordially invited to come and participate in this Chnstmas Eve Candelight Service. The Chester Gap Baptist Mission Christmas program will be held at the Mission on Sunday, Dec. 17th at 7 p.m. The public is invited.
Sunday School on that day is scheduled for 3 p.m.
