The Rappahannock Lions Gub held their regular dinner meeting on Wednesday night, December 13, 1961.
There were two requests for eye examinations and glasses presertted and approved and the club is indeed grateful to the purchasers of fruit cakes there by making this possible.
We note that at this season of the year our fruit cake sales rank high in every Lions thoughts and efforts. We have discovered that within the club we have some super salesmen and the entire membership is delighted to report that Lion Harry Lee Smith has rightfully been declared number one. Another Lion, always anxious to improve, spent an entire day with Lion Smith to learn his technique so with two SUPERS on the road you folks who have put-off getting
