The government seems to have been selling com from CCC storage whenever the price hits about $1 14. Just haw much is sold from CCC stocks in 1962—and when— will just about deteremine the corn market.
Last week the price for No. 2 yellow shelled qpm in Richmond was $1.21; in Northern Neck, $1.20 to $1.22; Norfolk $1.17 to $1.20 and in the Shenandoah Valley $1.38 to $1.41. The Chicago market was $1.08 to $1.10.
