General Manager W. T. Steele, Jr., will present his annual report of operations on Thursday morning, October 26. He will be aided by Comptroller P. M. Armbrecht who will present financial highlights of the past fiscal year.

Southern States Vice-Presi dent John W. Stone of Looneyville, W.Va., will preside at most of the sessions and will also deliver the president’s annual message to the Delegates. Stone is substituting for President Hubert Snodgrass of Street, Md., who is unable to participate in the meeting because of illness.

Other features of this year’s meeting will include an open forum session for delegates, a merchandising program for Agency personnel and the confirmation of new directors to the cooperative Board.

An attendance of about 1700 delegates, guests and the cooperative’s own personnel from a five-state region is expected.

The regular fourth Sunday afternoon worship services will be conducted by the Rev. B. Gale Titchenell at the Oakley Baptist Church on Sunday, October 28, at 2:30 p.m.
