Miss Belle Strother who spent last week at the home of Mr. and Mrs. C. J. Miller left Sunday for Orange where she will stay for several days with Mr. and Mrs. W. W. Sanford enroute to her home in Salem. Miss Strother was a Sunday night supper guest of Mr. and Mrs. W. C. Campbell.
Mrs. Veronica Keating o f Washington, D. C. was an overnight guest Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. W. A. Miller.
Mrs. Harry Hurtt of Warrenton was a week-end guest of her niece Mrs. J. Newbill Miller and Mr. Miller. On Sunday Mr. and Mrs. Miller and family, their house guest and D. D. Miller enjoyed a picnic lunch on Skyline Drive. After lunch Newbill Miller joined the Trail Ride and rode back to town.
Mrs. D. D. Miller and Mrs. Preston Avery left Friday for Richmond where they spent several days visiting Mrs. Miller’s sister, Mrs. P. I. Rawls.
