The undersigned will offer for sale at public auction the following real estate owned by Cumberland S. Bennett at the time of his death.
All that certain tract or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in Hawthorne Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, lying on the west side of State Secondary Route No. 600, and estimated to contain 23.50 acres, and bounded on the north by the lands of Roberts, on the east by State Secondary Route No. 600, on the south by the lands of Ernest Nichols, and on the west by the lands of the Shenandoah National Park.
This is the same tract or parcel of land acquired by Cumberland S. Bennett from Onita Jenkins et al., by deed dated November 18, 1919, and recorded November 10, 1919, in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 29, at page 386, and is also the same land set forth as Tract No. 1 in a survey made by J. E. Sutphin, Surveyor, said survey being recorded in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office in Deed fibok 29, at page 233.
This real estate or any part thereof may be inspected or viewed by any interested parties on or before the date of sale.
