Sheriff, Commonwealth Attorney, and members of the Board of Supervisors, to be voted upon in the general election to be held in said county on November 5, 1963, shall be by the direct Primary method, and that the Primary for the nomination of said Democratic Party candidates for the county offices in Rappahannock County shall be held on July 9, 1963, pursuant to the provisions of the State Primary Law and that all candidates for such county offices shall file his notice of candidacy, pledge of honor, petitions containing the signatures of not less than fifty qualified voters, and a receipt showing the required filing fee has been paid with James W. Fletcher, Chairman, Rappahannock County Democratic Committee, Sperryville, Virginia, at least ninety (90) days (by April 10, 1963) before the said Primary to be held on July 9, 1963, and that if not more than one candidate files for each of said positions, he be declared the Democratic nominee for said county office in Rappahannock County.
