Nish North
Nish North, 83, prominent farmer and oil dealer of Huntly, di&d March 24,1963 'in the Winchester Memorial Hospital after being a patient there for five days.
Mr. North was a native of Huntly, the son of Joseph and Sarah Rutherford North. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Mittie Williams North, three sons, Gaither and Richard North of Front Royal and Aubrey North of Huntly, two daughters, Mrs. Pearl Payne and Miss Lelia North both of Huntly, seven grandchildren and sixteen greatgrandchildren. Also by a brother John North of Alexandria. I A funeral service was held Tuesday, March 26th at 2:30 p.m. in the Willis Chapel Methodist Church, conducted by the Rev. James B.Grimmer assisted by the Rev. Irving Johnson with interment at Willis Chapel Cemetery.
Active pallbearers were Robert Riddleberger, Walter Carter, Dr. Edwin Eastham, Earl. Edmonds, Brue Wood and Dabney Eastham. Honorary bearers were Vernon Mills, Eddie Fox, John Scott, James Cason, Dennis Williams, Bradley Williams, William Cameron, Owen Sealock, Patrick Corrigan, Reuben Brady, Harry Tice, Curtis Whited, John S.
