Mr. and Mrs. E. N. Montague of Alexandria spent the weekend at their summer cottage, Hazel Notch, tyr. and Mrs. Douglas Cornell of Washington, D.C., were at Boulder Lodge on the Hazel River for a weekend stay.

Mr. and Mrs. Thomas J. Pillar motored to Fredericksburg on Wednesday where they were luncheon guests of Mrs. William Cloe and extended their visit to Quantico where they were dinner geusts of their daughter, Miss Peggy Pillar.

Elder and Mrs. J. Harvey Daily were in Luray for the weekend where Elder Daily was guest speaker at the Mt. Carmel Primitive Baptist Church Saturday night and Sunday morning. They were Saturday over-night guests of Mrs. Rosa Sedwtek and Sunday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Brubaker.

Mr. and Mrs. Jack Brown and two sons of Hamilton spent Sunday at Rock Villa with Mr. Brown’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. Rodes Brown.

Lee Thornton, III, arrived on Thursday to spend spring holidays from S.ltf.A. with his parents near town. Mr. and Mrs. P. Lee Thornton and son were weekend guests of Dr. and Mrs. J. M. Thornton of Gate City.

Mr. and Mrs. Ronnie Jacobs returned to Laurel, Md„ on Sunday after spending the weekend with their respective
