Hospitalize Jenkins
Charles Jenkins of Sperryville was shot in the leg Sunday by Oscar Sisk, also of Sperryville, when an argument occurred in Jenkins Hollow. Eddie Sisk, Oscar Sisk and Charles Jenkins were drinking and gambling when Jenkins supposedly took $20. away from Oscar Sisk, who whipped out a pistol andfired at Jenkins. The bullet lodged in Jenkins’ right thigh. Rappahannock Rescue Squad took Jenkins to the Culpeper hospital and Oscar Sisk was charged with felonious shooting by Trooper W. A. Buntin and Sheriff C. K. Estes, who investigated the shirmish. Sisk was released on bond Monday.
