A newsletter of the Adult Education Association of Virginia reveals the theme of the program for their annual conference scheduled to start at 9:00 A. M. on Friday, June 21st at the William Byrd Hotel in Richmond will be highly applicable to Rappahannock County. First lets pause and contemplate over what’s, happening locally. Anyone who reads our county paper realizes the rapid turn over of property taking place. Surveyors, lawyers, real estate, saJesmejb.etcV are jconstantV ly checking deeds, property' lines, etc, etc. at our Clerk’s and Commissioner's of Revenue Offices. Rappahannock is rapidly becoming urbanized. We of the Extension Service office are constantly revising mailing lists. Filling requests for assistance from new pro perty owners now occupies 20-25% of our time. Comparatively few are full time farmers, many are parttime producers of agricultural products, probably most own small acreages and
