Miss Mattie Rector Robert Armentrout, son of Mrs. Frank Armentrout, is at home after finishing his school year at Shenandoah College in Winchester. Mrs. J. H. Filling who has been visiting Mr. and Mrs. H. B. Wood and Mrs. R. G. Quaintance for several weeks left Wednesday for Atlanta, Ga. Mr. and Mrs. C. B. Johnson, Miss Nellie Johnson, Miss Lillie Johnson and Mrs. C. C. Carder were Monday shoppers in Harrisonburg. Miss Mattie Rector was a guest Monday night of Mrs. Raymond Johnson. The Rev. A. C. Walker and two sons of Culpeper visit* ed Mr. and Mrs. C. B. Johnson on Sunday. Miss Lillie and Miss Nellie Johnson were Sunday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. C. B. Johnson. The Misses Johnson and Mr. and Mrs. Johnson were visitors Monday in Charlottesville. Mr. and Mrs. Edward Butler and family of Arlington and Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Butler and family of Mt. Airy spent the week-end at their home. Mrs. R. G. Quaintance, Jr. and Mr. William Yancey were dinner guests Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. H. B. Wood and Mr8. R. G. Quaintance. Mr. and Mrs. Asher Lowman of Arlington spent the week-end at their home here.
