Mrs, Jenkins Dies

At Age 104

Mrs. Elnora Jenkins, aged 104, of Slate Mills, died Friday, January 3, 1964 at the residence of her daughter, Mrs. Sam Fincham, near Peola Mills, where she had been residing in recent weeks. Daughter of the late James Sisk and Juria Sisk, his wife, arid a native of Rappahannock County, she was the widow of James Lud Jenkins. She was a member of Bethlehem Methodist Church at Nethers. She is survived byfoursons, Conner Jenkins of Slate Mills, Cooper Jenkins of Culpeper, Egbert Jenkins of Remington, and Haywood Jenkins of Sperryville; six daughters, Mrs. Sam Fincham of Sperryville, Mrs. Venie Jenkins of Culpeper, Mrs. Robert Leake of Falmouth, Mrs. Charlie Jenkins of Sperryville, Mrs. Jessie Jenkins of, Manassas and Mrs. Meade Nichols of Slate Mill^ 65 grandchildren, 141 greatgrandchildren, and 24 greatgreat-grandchildren.
