Birth Announced Mr. and Mrs. James Michael Vest of Flint Hill announce the birth of a son, James Curtis, on December 30, 1963, in the Warren Memorial Hospital. He is the Vest's second son. Mrs. Vest is the former Miss Janet Dodson. The grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. JohnS. Dodson of Sperryville and Mr. and Mrs. John Vest of Flint Hill.
