OK Salary Increases
At the meeting of the Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors held Thursday, January 2 all members were present with the exception of Mr. John Buckner. In addition to the routine business of paying bills, etc. Commonwealth's Attorney Da* vis gave a report on the decision that Judge Bryan made on the Rappahannock Subdivision Ordinance which he, Mr. Davis, interpreted as being most favorable to the county. -< The Board agreed to approve the salary and allowance of th County officers as previously approved by the State Compensation Board. They approved contracts with Warren County Memorial Hospital and the Culpeper Memorial Hospitals for use of indigent patients. They requested Mrs. Elizabeth Buntin, Superintendent of Public Welfare to investigate the -possibilitj; nock County participating in the District Nursing Home in Warrentort, which is suppoffecr by several counties.
