Hampden-Sydney. He has been on the Dean's List since his enrollment there and he led his social fraternity with a 94.0 average for the first semester of this session. As a result of the fine academic record which he has shown at Hampden-Sydney, he has been named Student Assistant in Bible and history.

Changes Noted

Service adjustments and changes will be made in first, second and third class post offices effective May 4, 1964 to substantially reduce employment and costs. Window service in local post offices on Saturdays will be reduced to four hours, making 12 noon the hour for closing.

Domestic and international money orders will not be issued-and all money order windows will be closed on Saturdays. Rural carriers, and those star route carriers who provide rural features, shall not accept money order applications on Saturdays. Postmasters will provide all rural and star route patrons with an appropriate notice to this effect.

Gadce Walk Saturday

The MYF group of Amlssville Methodist Church will sponsor a Cake Walk Saturday, April 25 at the fire hall beginning at 7:30 p.m. The public is - invited to attend.

Polio Makeup Clinic

Serves 1,700

The make-up Sabin Oral Polio Vaccine Clinic was held yesterday at Culpeper County High School. 1,700 residents turned out despite the rain showers, to receive the type of Vaccine that they had missed at one of the three previous Clinics which were held in January, February or March, 1964. 11,000 residents received Type I in January, 11,800 received Type II in February and 11,500 received Type III in March. Dr. J. Bernard Jones, Chairman of the P r o g r a m for the Co-Sponsoring Culpeper Court ty Medical Society, advised that anyone still missing any of the Types of Vaccine, to see their family physician to make arrangements to take the types they had missed.
