Post Office this week have been voided. The office will continue money order service on Saturdays for all patrons. Rural carriers will accept money order applications and there will be no change in parcel post delivery.

With Tea
The Reverend and Mrs. Charles Glaenzer entertained at a reception at the Rectory on Saturday afternoon for the j congregation of Trinity Episcopal Church of Bromfield Parish to meet the Reverend Park Dickerson of Griffinsburg. Mr. Glaenzer will officite at his ‘first marriage ceremony on June 20th when Mr. Dickerson and Miss Mary Norman Davis will be wedded. Miss Davis is the first member of Trinity Church to do mission work abroad, and she returned last fall from Kobe, Japan where she had taught for two years in the International School which is under the direction of the Bishop of Japan. The Rectory was decorated with spring flowers and a beautiful bunch of lily of the valley on the coffee table was the “conversation piece" of the day. Mrs. C. J. Miller, Mrs. T. J., Pillar, Mrs. B. M. Miller and Miss Dorothy Taylor Davis served tea during the afternoon. Out of the county guests were Dr. and Mrs. William G. Pendleton of Winchester former Rector at Trinity and Mr. and Mrs. John Pearson ofLuray.
