He charged each officer with his duties and extended congratulations. Officers are; President, T. Carlyle Lea, Jr.; state director, Donald Dodson; internal vice president, James A. Wayland; external vice president, Garfield Burke; secretary, Larry Bolyard; treasurer, Rodney Vest. Charles W. Leake, jay bird, was not present. Directors taking office are Larry L. Welch, Charles K. Estes and Edward M. Clark who was absent.
