Johnson and Miss Mattie Rector were dinner guests Sunday of the Misses Lillie and Nellie Johnson.
Mrs. Elma Manuel and family of Winchester spent the week-end with Mr. and Mrs. Cary Thornhill. Lacy Orange and C. B. Johnson were business visitors in Front Royal on Thursday. Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Settle had as callers on Saturday Mr. and Mrs. R. F. Curry of Alexandria.
Mrs. William R. Williamson entertained with luncheon at her home Oak Forest Sunday following the Baptism of her granddaughter Barbara Neville Stent at Trinity Episcopal Church. Among those present were Mrs. Williamson's sonin-law and daughter Mr. and Mrs. John N. Stent of Bethesda, Md., the child’s godparents, Mr. and Mrs. Edward L. Hickox, also of Bethesda and the Rev. and Mrs. Charles F. Glaenzer.
