Trooper Buntin also investigated an accident on the premises of Pine Knot Inn on May 31 at 5;30 p.m. Elizabeth Ann Davenport Travis of Front Royal, operating a 1958 Chevrolet backed into a 1953 Studebaker pickup owned by Homer Jackson of Amissville. The pickup was pushed into a 1963 Pontiac sedan owned by Thomas Henry Glasker of Arlington. There were no injuries and damage to the Travis vehicle was estimated at $150; the Jackson truck at $75 and the Glasker car at $100. Also reported by Trooper Dicks was a single vehicle arash which occurred May 23 it 2:30 a.m. 4 miles west of 5perryville on Route 211 at rurn Bridge. Mrs. Thelma Joyce Davey of Alexandria operating a *64 Volkswagen bus ran off the right of the highway and went town over an embankment. 5he was slightly injured. Damage to the vehicle was estinated at $100.
