WES Last Night
Seventeen students of Washington Elementary School re ceived certificates last night at commencement exercises held in the school auditorium C. A. Norton, Superintendent of Schools, presented the diplomas. The Rev. Arnold Sorrell gave the invocation and benediction. Wade Alther made an address of welcome to parents and visitors. Carty Moffett spoke on adventure and Stewart Hawkins gave the history of the class. Janet Hackley presented the class prophecy and Dale Nalls gave the last will and testament. Perfect attendance certificates were presented to all grades by Mrs. Annie A. Cooke, principal of the school,
