Mrs. Odell Williams and Mrs. Lucy Williams spent last Wednesday in Charlottesville. Owen Sealock is spending some time at his home here. Mr. and Mrs. David A. Williams and infant daughter visited Mr. and Mrs. Luther North Saturday afternoon. Mrs. Carolyn Leake and daughter Terry of Sperryville spent last Saturday night with her parents Mr. and Mrs. Bradley Williams. Mrs. Margaret Moore who was the Sunday and Monday guest of Commander and Mrs. Harold Davis at Skyverge showed colored films of her recent trip to the Holy Land at the Baptist Church here at Chester Gap. The attendance was very good. Mrs. Moore hopes to share with the people here in the near future her films to Turkey and Greece. Mrs. Odell Williams and daughter Faye spent Sunday with Mrs. Alice Williams and family. Mrs. Jimmy Harris left Sunday night from New Jersey by jet for Spain to join her husband who is stationed there with the U. S. Navy. She was accompanied to New Jersey by her brothers, Joe and ‘Micky* Williams, her brother-in-law L. C. Lebrun and cousin John Williams. Among those visiting Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Williams on Sunday were Mrs. William Taylor and children, Mrs. Russell Campbell and Wanda, Mr. and Mrs. Winifred Priest and son and Mr. and Mrs. Scotty Lockhart.
