Dr. Hill To Speak
At PTA Meeting
Dr. Samuel D. Hill, new Director of Instruction for Rappahannock Schools, will address the group at the first meeting of the Parents and Teachers on Tuesday night at Washington Elementary School. Also, the sub-committee chairmen will report to the group the status of their activities. These include: Legislation; Publicity; Fund Raising Health; Improvements; Attendance; Hospitality and Programs.
With an enrollment in the Washington School of over 300 children, Dr. Hill’s remarks should logically be of interest to a considerable number of parents. An indicator of who is interested enough in their children to want to know their children's educators, will be the parents who come. Do you have a child in Washington Elementary? Will you be there?

Milton C. Gore, Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. M. C. Gore of Washington left this week to resume his studies at Randolph-Macon Academy, Front Royal. David Lyne left Sunday for the University of Virginia, Charlottesville where he is enrolled as a freshman. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Lyne, Washington.
