By planning and freezing ahead of time for "busy day meals", or unexpected guest you can save yourself time and worry, and at the same time serve delicious meals for family and friends. Here are a few hint# that have been successful for other homemakers. Freeze leftovers in empty TV dinner trays covered tightly with foil. When you have a meal for every member of the family you can use them for a "surprise Dinner". If you are expecting guests for the week-end, prepare and freeze special dishes, desserts and breads ahead so you can spend more time visiting and less time cooking. For quick serving, freeze left-over coffee or, tea in ice cube trays. If you find you have surplus cream or butter on hand freeze it for later use. Fresh green and red peppers are expensive items during the winter months. If you have a plentiful supply freeze them to add to salads or cooked dishes,
