Soybean prices during the harvesting period should be at or near the support level. During the remainder of the year prices are expected to follow the normal pattern. Prices at harvest time last year were well above the support level but later in the year showed an abnormal seasonal decline. The September 1 forecast of 1964 production is for a national crop of 704,000,000 bushels-about the same as last year. The October 1 carryover of old crop beans is expected
