“Butch" Browning, son of Mr. and Mrs. John S, Browning of Flint Hill, Va, is one of the ten students at the University of Virginia who have been named Woodrow Wilson Fellows for graduate study next year, the national Fellowship Foundation announced this week. Dedicated to encouraging future collfege teachers, the Woodrow Wilson Foundation is the largest private source of support for graduate work in the liberal arts.
