VIoSs, and Mr. and Mrs. Wiljur Mauck of Limeton were Tuesday guests. Spending the weekend with Mrs. Moss were ler son-in-law and daughter; Mr. and Mrs. David Martin and children of Rixeyville. Mr. and Mrs. John Tapp were visitors Sunday of Mrs. Fannie McQuinn, Mrs. Mary Col lins and John Hackley in Arl ington. They also visited Paul St. Clair who is a patient in Fairfax Hospital with an ear infection. Mrs. Paul St. Clair and two children spent the weekend in Fairfax with Mr. St. Clair’s mother, Mrs. Patton, and vis ited Mr. St. Clair at Fairfax Hospital. Mr. and Mrs. Tommy Fincham and Miss Nancy Latham of Arlington were holiday weekend visitors of Mrs. Sarah Latham and Susan. Charles Larimer remains patient in Walter Reed Hospital, Washington, D. C. The WSCS of Amissville Methodist Church met last Wednesday at the church with eleven members present. The study topic was “Automation and Leisure Time". Refresh ments were served by Mrs. Elliott Doyle, hostess. Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Settle and children were dinner guests Sunday of Mr.andMrs. R. E. Hitt of Castleton. Mrs. Hugh Riley returned to her home Tuesday after surgery in Fauquier Hospital and a period of recovery at the home of her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. C. D. Green near Warrenton. Visitors of Mrs. Riley since her return home were Mr. and Mrs. T. W. Latham, Viewtown Mr. and Mrs. Earl Riley, Fairfax, Mr6. Pauline Latham, Mrs. Ethel Hall, Mrs. John Poe, Mrs. Jennie Smith, Mrs. Roy Carter, Mrs. L. B. Stuart, Mrs. Ethel Cooksey and Irva Poe. Mr. and Mrs. Nelson Burner and Mr. and Mrs. Everett Smith spent a few days last week in Florence, S. C.
