Week-end guests of Mr. and Mrs. Jack Nicholson at their home in Tiger Valley were Mr. and Mrs. James Nicholson and two children Angela and Timothy and Mrs. Esther Nicholson, all of Newport News. Guests on Saturday were Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Nicholson and three daughters Patsy, Benita and Clarice of Front Royal. Mrs. R. L. Cheatham and son Arthur Cheatham spent several days last week visiting relatives in Williamsburg. Miss Phoebe Green of Williamsburg was the overnight guest Tuesday of Mr. and Mrs Henry M. Keyser. Mr. and tyrs. Ralph Styer spent several days last week visiting friends and relatives. They visited Mr. Styer’s broth er Charles Styer in Valley Forge, Pa., Mr. and Mrs. H. S. Heine in Monkton, Md. and Mr. and Mrs. S. J. Solomon in Silver Spring, Md. Week-end guests of Mr. and Mrs. H. J. Racer were Mrs. William A. Curtis of Clinton, Md. and Mr. and Mrs. D. T. Gardiner of Drayden. Md. Charles Keyser of San Diego, Cal., Miss Frankie Key. ser, Mrs. Joan Tarwater and son David of Adelphi, Md. were guests from Friday until Sunday of Miss Mary Miller Wood. Mr. and Mrs. John Long and daughter Miss Neville Long were Miss Wood’s guests overnight on Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Ed Crouch of Floris were callers Sunday of Miss Annie Miller Almond. Mrs. D M. Saunders of Macon, Ga. arrived Saturday for a visit of several days with her nephew Charles B. Palmer, Mrs. Palmer and their family. Mr. and Mrs. N. R. Nebblett of Smithfield were Sunday visitors.
