Fall Dessert Frozen concentrated orange juice is in especially plentiful supply this fall and here from the Consumer and Marketing Service of the U. S. Department of Agriculture is a good way to use it in a frothy dessert called “Orange Whip”. Using thawed orange juice concentrate as the liquid, prepare unflavored gelatin. Chill until slightly thickened, then beat mixture until light and fluffy and double in volume. Spoon into individual molds or custard cups and chill until firm. One p a c ka ge gelatin yields 4 servings. Good served with spice cake, ginger bread or cookies.

The County Home Demonstration Club program topic for October is “Understanding Wills.” The program includes information on legal terms, the family protection a will offers, and what makes a will legal. The Woodville, Flint Hill, and Sperryville Clubs will receive this program. Misses Lillie and Nellie Johnson will be hostesses to the Woodville Club on Thursday, Oct. 14 at 2;00 p. m.
