Randy Smith, five year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Everett Smith of Amissville, won the junior division fox horn blowing contest Saturday in Fredericksburg. He was the youngest of about eight contestants and this was the second year he has captured first place. He’s a natural if he takes after his grandpa, Paul Smith, who is an avid hllnter, and so is his dad.
