The Rev. W. B. Dennis visited his daughter-in-law Mrs. Richard C. Dennis and his new grandson Richard Conway, II at the Culpeper Memorial Hospital on Wednesday. Mrs. Oscar Dodson entered the University of Virginia Hospital Tuesday of last week for treatment. Mr. and Mrs. Eddie Johnson and son, Lt. Col. and Mrs. Norman Wilbur and daughter Norma Lee and Mrs. Iris Brooke spent Saturday at the Southern States Expositions Richmond. Mrs. Iris Brooke was at Vint Hill Farms on Thursday. Friday she left for Washington, D. C. and left Saturday for Texas. Mrs. Joseph Powers accompanied Mrs. A. G. Post, president of the Culpeper Catholic Women’s Club, to Falls Church Wednesday evening where they attended a board meeting of the Arlington Deanary Council of Catholic Womea Mr. and Mrs..Brice Biggers were in Bethesda Thursday to visit their granddaughter Elaine Sabine who underwent surgery that day at Bethesda Suburban Hospital. Mrs. Walter Cubbage and daughter Mrs. Dale Barnhart and her daughter Patty were Thursday afternoon visitors of Mr. and Mrs. Olney Kennedy. Guests Sunday of last week of Mrs. Anna Dodson were her sons and families Mr. and Mrs. Charles Dodson of Madrson and Mr. and Mrs. Carl Dodson of Banco. Other guests were Mr. and Mrs. Paul Nicholson of Nethers. Mr. and Mrs. Waver Kennedy son Charles and daughter Miss Betty Kennedy, Joan Coates of Culpeper and Mr. and Mrs. Olney Kennedy were Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Kennedy in Alexandria. All enjoyed a picnic on the George Washington Parkway near Mt. Vernon and sightseeing in Washington, D. C. Mrs. Oscar Dodson is reported to be improving at the University of Virginia Hospital in Charlottesville. Sunday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. George W. Tidier were their son-in-law and daughter Mr. and Mrs. Robert Scott and Mrs. Scott’s daughter Miss Patty Faye Wood, Mrs, J, J. Casey and Mrs. C. W. Carver, all of Alexandria.
