Injure Three
Mrs. Louise Stout of Chester Gap sustained a severe cut last week when a Venetian blind fell and lacerated her hand. She received treatment at Warren Memorial Hospital where she had six stitches in the gash and returned to her home. Mrs. Dorcas Kuser also of Chester Gap suffered a badly burned foot Friday when she slipped in the snow and upset a pan of hot ashes on herself. She is recovering satisfactorily at home. Mrs. J. B. Garfield Burke Opens Sperryville Station
Sperryville Esso Servicenter is under new management as of last Monday. Garfield Burke of Weodville assumed the proprietorship of the business last week and Bobby Clater of Sperryville is also employed there. The Service! Station was formerly operated! by Jerry Brown who will assume a position with Rochester Ropes, Culpfeper.
