1. RELY ON your nearest Social Security District Office for official information. The telephone number is listed in your directory under “UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT.”
2. CONTINUE any health care coverage you have at least until Medicare coverage goes into effect July 1, 1966.
3. DO NOT pay money to any solicitor representing himself as a Social Security agent or Medicare salesman. There is no door-to-door solicitation for Medicare.
