Mr*. Ruth D. Shackelford
Mrs. Ruth Dulaney Shackel ford, 79, wife of Stuart R. Shackelford of Montpelier in the F. T. Valley near Woodville, died Saturday^February 12 at SunBet Haven Nursing Home, Griffinsburg where she had been a patient for the past three years. She was a native of Madison County, daughter of the late Alfred Dulaney and the late Lizzie Finks Dulaney. In addition to her husband she is survived by a son James Henry Shackelford of the home address. A graveside funeral service was held Tuesday at 11 a.m. in the Episcopal Cemetery at Woodville conducted by the Rev. William A. Harrison, pastor of F. T. Baptist Church Pallbearers were J. W”. Fletcher, George K. Miller, G. Brown Miller, John P. Snead,' Jr., Cecil Coppedge, A. H. Buckner, III, Earl Kilby and Robert Menefee.
