The object of this suit is to partition the lands that Edward Jordan and James Jordan died seized and possessed of in one of the modes prescribed by law, and the parties to this cause have certain interests in said lands located in Wakefield Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia. The said land consists of a 2.05 Acre lot with dwelling house thereon about 1 mile west of Flint Hill, Virginia.
