Gregory Lloyd Jordan and Brevious Edward Jordan, whose last known addresses were 412 Hill Street, Front Royal, Virginia, with the words on each such subpoena so returned by said Sheriff, to-wit: “Not an inhabitant of my bailiwick.”

It is ordered that the said nonresident defendants and parties unknown above-mentioned do appear within ten days after due -ublication of this order and do what is necessary to protect their interests.

It is further ordered that the foregoing portion of this order be published once a week for ifour successive weeks in the RAPPAHANNOCK NEWS, a newspaper published in the Town of Washington, Rappahannock Countv. Virginia, that a copy be posted at the front door of this Court House of said Rappahannock County, Virginia, within ten days after entry of this ordeT of publication, and that the Clerk mail a copy hereof to each of the said Defendants at the post office addresses given in this affidavit herein within ten days after the entry of this Order of Publication and file a certificate of the fact in the papers of this case.
