Members are elected on the basis of scholarship, musicianship, character, and personality. In addition, they must have a *B” average in all music courses completed and must maintain an overall *C" average. New members include; Virginia Yates Bradford— daughter of Mr. and Mrs. M. R. Bradford, Flint Hill, Virginia 1965 graduate of Rappahannock County High School, Washington, Virginia.
