John B. Browning of Richmond spent the week-end at the home of his parents Mr. and Mrs. John S. Browning. Jimmy Bowling of Washington, D. C. was a Sunday guest. Mrs. Thelma Russell was a visitor Friday evening of Mr. and Mrs. Patterson Biggs in Harrisonburg. J. c. Russell of Madison College spent the week-end with Mrs. Russell. Mrs. Thelma Russell and Mrs. Pat Biggs attended a bridal shower Saturday evening for Miss Betty Lee Glasscock at Summit Point, W. Va. Miss Glasscock’s marriage to J. G. Russell will take place April 9.
