A graveside funeral service was held Friday in the Hitt Family Cemetery, Slate Mills, conducted by the Rev. P. B. Davis. Pallbearers were Roy Hawkins, Ed Duncan, Claude Gaines, John Henry Hitt, Paul Davis and Page Carpenter. A. M.
