Ditch Demonstration
At Parrish Farm
i The Culpeper Soil and Conservation District is sponsoring aditchingdemonstrationat Isaac L. Parrish’s Settle Farm on Monday, March 21 at 10 a.m. Probably the best way to get to the demonstration site will be to follow Route 618 south of Laurel Mills then take 649 for a short distance to a gate on the left at the boundary between Col. Munro’s farm and the Settle proper ty now owned by Mr. Parrish.
Farmers interested in ditching as well as custom contractors are asked to be pres ent. The machine, a comparatively new type, is a self contained unit embracing a back hoe, tree her and dozer.
