Ft. Wainwright, Alaska Technical Sergeant William G. Putnam, son of Mr. and Mrs. Harry A. Hall of Amissville, has been awarded the U. S. Air Force Commendation Medal at Ft. Wainwright, Alaska.
Sergeant Putnam received the medal for meritorious set vice as a budgeter at Patrick AFB, Fla. He was cited for his outstanding professional skill, knowledge and job proficiency.
The sergeant is now assigned to the A retie Aeromedical Laboratory at Ft. Wainwright.

going portion of this order be published once a week for four successive weeks in the RAPPAHANNOCK NEWS, a newspaper published in the Town of Washington, Rappahannock County, Virginia, that a copy be posted at the front door ot this Court House of said Rappahannock County, Virginia, within ten days after the entry of this order of publication, and that the Clerk mail a copy hereof to each of the said Defendants at the post office addresses given in this affidavit herein within ten days after the entry of this Order of Publication and file a certificate of the fact in the papers of this case.
