The American Red Cross Bloodmobile will again visit Rappahannock Monday, June 13 and be stationed at Trinity Episcopal Church Parish Hall in Washington between the hours of 12 and 6 p. m. Since part of the blood collected is set aside for the armed forces and in view of the ever increasing highway accidents the need for blood is increasing. And each one should feel a personal involvement in its collection. It is hoped that many new donors as well as those who donate regularly will respond.
Susan Kindred Breaks Arm
Susan Kindred of Amissville sustained a broken arm Friday evening when she fell while she was camping with her parents, the Rev. and Mrs. Charles Kindred, at Skyline Drive. She was a patient in ,Faugater Hospital* Wamnww I through Monday noon, returnling to her home at that time.

Ten students of Washington Elementary School seventh grade were awarded certificates at commencement exercises last night in the school auditorium. The theme of the program was “Sign Posts." The Rev. James Grimmerof Flint Hill, gave the invocation followed by the salute to the flag and singing of America by the audience. Billy Payne gave the address of wel come and the class prophecy was given by Nina Bailey. Stephen Baker spoke on “The Right Turn.” Mr. Paul Nichols of the Rappahannock County School Board was the guest speaker and presented the diplomas. The graduate recessional followed the benediction by Mr. Grimmer.
