MADISON CENTER ADDITION. Artist’s sketch of the front view of the Madison Center of the University of Virginia is shown as.it will look after completion of the addition that is planned for use in the 1967-68 academic session. The auditorium will be in the new building at the far left; the low-level roofs which can be seen over the arcade connecting the auditorium to the present building cover a set of classrooms that extend a considerable distance behind the auditorium. This classroom wing will face, across a formal garden, the chimneyed one-story building at the right, which is now being remodeled for administrative and faculty office space.
