school mate at Radford College spent the weekend with' Miss Susan Schaefer and with Mr. and Mrs. Fred W. Schaefer and Kaye Johnston attended the wedding of Beverley Ann Ward to William Hart McCarty on Saturday, June 25. at the Rock Spring Congregational Church in Arlington. Mr. and Mrs. Fielding Lewi^ Mr. and Mrs. Teddy Matthews of Front Royal were dinner guests on Monday of Mrs. Virginia Lewis and Miss Ruth Menefee. Mrs. T. J. Pillar was in Suffolk from Friday until Monday where she visited h^r mother Mrs. Thomas Morrow in the home of Mr. and Mrs. Edwin L. Morrow. Mrs. W. H. Cordle visited her brother and sister-in-law Mr. and Mrs. William H. Morrow in Norfolk over the weekend and was accompanied home by her two sons David and Louis who ended a visit of two weeks.
