Thomas Grime ley Brown, 53, a native of Etlan and a resident of Washington, D. C. for the past 30 years died Fri. day, July IS at the George Washington University Hospital following a heart attack. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Bertha Williams Brown Of Washington; his parents, Luther A. and Willie Shotwell Brown of Etlan; a son, Thomas G. Brown, Jr. of Sperryville, a grandson, Thomas Wayne Brown and a sister, Mrs. William G. Allen of Fredericksburg.

A funeral service was conducted on Sunday from the Geest Funeral Chapel by the Rev. B. V. Ken, the family pastor. Interment was in the family secton of the Etlan Cemetery. Pallbearers were Maury Jen kins, Robert Nicholson, J. D. Murray, Jr., T. S. Rider, Hall Shotwell and Randolph Jenkins.
